Check Your Suction Cup for Difficult-to-Attach Pads
At Wood's Powr-Grip, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. We have identified a potential issue with the vacuum pads on some of our hand-held suction cups. While this issue does not affect the operation or safety of the suction cup, it does require significantly more force to apply to surfaces than usual. If your suction cup has an affected pad, we will replace it for free.
Follow these simple steps to see if your suction cup is affected:
- Locate the Serial Number:
The serial number can be found on the base of the handle near the plunger pump.
