Hand Cup Exchange Program

Our products are built to last, but they need a refresh after years of hard work. This program allows you to send in your old hand cups and go back to work with like-new hand cups for a reduced price (see Eligible Cups). We also offer replacement parts and repair kits for simple issues, but in many cases, Exchange Program cups are a better value than trying to repair cups.

Method 1

Return to a Dealer

Returning hand cups to a dealer is usually the most cost-effective method, especially if you are only exchanging a few hand cups. Check that your hand cups are eligible using the chart below. Then simply return your hand cups to an authorized dealer to save money and reduce downtime.

Method 2

Ship Your Own

This method is only available for those in the United States and Canada. We recommend shipping many hand cups together, to keep it economical.

Steps to return your cups to WPG directly:

Check that your hand cups are eligible using the chart below.
Securely package old or damaged cups.
Include the Hand Cup Exchange Program Form.
Attach the Shipping Label.
Send it to us with the shipping paid.
